Shipping Information

We currently ship out twice a week. See table at bottom for summary of costs/ delivery times.

We are no longer able to subsidize shipping costs for parcel items.  It's making us BROKE! So now, the dilly is $3 flat rate anywhere in Canada on upto 10 items that can fit into regular mail for $3.00 (within Canada) and $4.00 (within the U.S.).  Meaning, for examples items that are on a super duper sale such as sale tutus or other bulky items that REQUIRE parcel service, Baby Wisp cannot incur the shipping costs for you.  Please understand, charging $9.95 flat rate shipping is likely Baby Wisp still subsidizing the cost for you.

  If you want any additional insurance on your regular mail, please indicate this in the special instructions. It increases your shipping cost within Canada to between $9.95 and $14.95 and you do get tracking too.  For 3 bucks-no insurance, no tracking and sorry but baby wisp cannot give you an update as to where your goods are and when it might get to you ...

*We are not responsible for Canada Post losing your parcel if you did not purchase insurance.*   Please do not expect this from us if you incur the risk of untracked, uninsured.

For U.S. customers - please note that registered mail does not provide a tracking number, only confirmation of whether or not it was received.  If you require tracking while parcel is in transit, we cannot use Canada Post and U.S.P.S, but we CAN use UPS or FEDEX.  Please email us info@babywisp.com for details.

Remember that bulky items that are on sale will automatically get charged shipping which is not money in our pockets, it's money to Canada Post....(ask yourself "Is this envelope width gonna be thicker than 2cm?" ). Then YES, you need parcel service.
