One beautiful hand-wrapped satin blend rosette resting on a circular bed of tule with gentle feathers peeking out.  Glammed up with a single rhinestone in the center.  Fastened firmly to a 1cm thin elastic band.

Very luxurious yet fun!

Please note, this is a handmade item and though lots of care went into it's creation, the pieces are small and if they come loose- could pose a choking risk if put in mouth.  DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED WHILE IN USE.

The rhinestone is fastened firmly but requires careful handling to remain intact.  This is not a product for rough use. Handle with gentle loving care so it will last as long.
