Three beautiful hand-wrapped satin blend rosette with hand tied tule bow and glammed up with very HOT birdcage netting.  Dont forget that each rosette has a sparkly single rhinestone in the center. All this luxury is fastened firmly to a 1cm thin elastic band.

Please note, this is a handmade item and though lots of care went into its creation, the pieces are small and if they come loose- could pose a choking risk if put in mouth.  DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED WHILE IN USE.

The rhinestone is fastened firmly but requires careful handling to remain intact.  This is not a product for rough use. Handle with gentle loving care so it will last long. The rhinestone is a lead-free crystal (tested by a CPSIA accredited facility).
