There is no free shipping offers available to countries outside Canada and the USA.

USA orders will receive a tracking number to their mailbox.

We do not control nor influence the postal service and are bound by their service level once it leaves our facility if you choose regular mail. If this is not acceptable to you.  Please email us customerservice @ babywisp.com if you need us to expedite your shipout.

Shipping within USA

We ship from San Diego to all 50 states for a flat-rate of $5.99 USD via USPS First Class Mail. This includes tracking and delivery times are between 1-5 business days after the order ships. There is no insurance with this option. If you would like insurance and a faster delivery then select Expedited.  Expedited Shipping = $10.99 USD

so you can see that I am not marking this up in any way and stand to make no profit on your shipping cost. This is very sad news for me as well.  This applies to products that can fit into the flat rate envelope and was in the product details when you added to cart.  See above section about flat rate versus tracked rate for oversized parcels.  There is NO TRACKING and no insurance with this option. Deliveries generally take 21 business days after the order ships. 

Canadian customers will receive tracking information up to the Canadian Border which is typically LOS ANGELES as the last place that will show on your 'tracking' as USPS cannot track into Canada.  Your package is shipped via USPS First Class Mail or may ship UPS if I get a better price for you.  DUTIES WILL APPLY and must be paid upon delivery.  DO NOT ORDER if you don't want to pay duties/ customs!! 

*If you selected NO TRACKING $15.75 USD shipping, then we cannot give you an update on your package’s whereabouts or when it will get to you other than the 21 days as set out by Canada Post and USPS.  It’s in their hands.  Do not choose this option if you require tracking to your door in Canada as we are not responsible for the performance of the postal service.

Since we are shipping from USA to Canada, you may expect duties associated with your order.  Many many customers have reported no duties at all. The hair clips are declared using the Harmonized code for Hair Clips.
